CT-PHCC is constantly monitoring state legislation to assure that any new legislation does not impact the contractor and his customer in a negative way. CT-PHCC also pursues the enactment of legislation focused on improving the strength and reputation of the industry. On the national level, PHCC has a full time lobbyist working directly with members of Congress on issues critical to our industry.
